Ridgeline Home Inspection Services, LLC offers a variety of services to their clients. We will always provide an easy-to-read, comprehensive report with full color digital photos, of the major and minor property deficiencies - the same day as the inspection. Ridgeline uses current technology; such as a Bacharach Gas Leak Detector and Sun Nuclear 1027 Radon Monitor to perform all inspections. We specialize in addressing the unique concerns of homeowners regarding their personal residences. We understand the importance of convenient scheduling - Ridgeline is available to provide property inspections seven days a week and will never rush the review or your understanding of the conditions found. 

Pre-Listing

  It is a smart idea to complete property inspections prior to placing it on the market. Ridgeline will make certain that you are aware of the condition of your home and give you a professional opinion on any concerns. As a benefit for you, we will create an extensive report for you to provide to a realtor and potential buyer. Our attention to detail can help ensure full price and hassle-free closings.  


Radon Testing

  The only way to know your exposure is to preform a test Radon Tests are done using calibrated monitors that measure gas levels hourly. The reports show recorded levels of Radon gas during these intervals throughout a 48-hour test period.
